Dominika works at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Product Development. With a strong background in Machine Learning research, she ensures that AI-focused products are useful for end-users. She gained experience working with many prominent AI startups, assisting them in bringing their products to market. Her PhD research has been funded by both the European Union and the Polish government, she has authored several research papers presented at top-tier AI conferences in Montreal, Sydney, and Belgium. She has displayed her work at many conferences and venues. Currently, Dominika serves as the Applied Data Science Lead at Synerise, where she leads product efforts for MONAD, an award-winning tool for training private foundation models for behavioral data.
